Guaranteed Sale - We will guarantee the sale of your buyer's home so that they can write a non-contingent purchase contract. If we can't sell the buyer's home, we will buy their home for up to 95% of the fair market value if we represent them on the purchase of a Blandford Home. Otherwise, we will buy for up to 90%.
