Sacramento PRAYS
Uniting people to pray in the Greater Sacramento Region.
Easter Around the World
This Easter, let us remember the work that Jesus did in His life and on the cross to erase the lines between Jew and Gentile and usher in a New Covenant that bridges the divide between God and man offering universal hope to all.
This Easter, let's celebrate the Risen Savior with joy knowing that He did not stop at the Cross in loving us, but that He also rose again and ascended to the Right Hand of the Father, where He RIGHT NOW is interceding for us with love, continuing His work to unite us with the Father.
"You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!"
-Romans 5:6-10 (NIV)

Seek God for the City (and your School!)
At recent pastors meetings, there has been a clear expression of a dissatisfaction with the prayer life of the church. God is awakening his people to pray! In the coming weeks, you will be hearing about a challenge to prayer walk around your local school, praying for the salvation and life from Jesus to come upon teachers, students and administration.
We will be publishing a document and guide to help you get a few friends or a group from your church to take this step on Saturday, April 23! Stay tuned. Let’s Seek God for our Schools!
Decision America
Franklin Graham is traveling to all 50 states in 2016 to hold prayer rallies, to preach the Gospel, and to challenge believers to take a stand and take action.
He’ll be urging Christians to vote, to live out their faith in every part of their lives, and to pray for our nation just as Nehemiah cried out to God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and restore hope to His people.
Next week, join us at the West Steps of the Capital building at 1315 10th St in Sacramento, CA on March 31st to hear Franklin speak! We look forward to seeing you there!

Azusa Now
We will consecrate an entire day — 15 hours — for the purpose of unity, miracles, healing, and the proclamation of the gospel. Our rally cry: Come, Holy Spirit! Instead of 120 in the Upper Room, we seek to gather as many as 120,000 in one place and one accord to simply exalt Jesus. And for inspiration, we turn to the most powerful expression of revival in modern times: the historic Azusa Street Revival of 1906.
