Is your school doing anything for disaster assistance? Please answer in this google form. (Yes, we know this is not scientific, but it could be useful.) One Resource for Service-Learning Related to Hurricane Relief
Several schools in the Indianapolis area have partnered with the Midwest Food Bank. They have trucks at the ready and are able to deliver things that you collect (and it is more than just food). Shirley Wright has spoken with them; at this time they are no longer in need of bottled water. You can check their website for needed things or to contact them. If you can get collected items to Indianapolis, this is one way to participate without having to worry about shipping and delivery. If you have other avenues in your area of the state, please let us know.
