Culture of Care
WM Irvin's 4th Grade Restorative Circle with Mrs. Caroline Byrd
4th Grade students reviewed classroom agreements and discussed what the hardest agreement to follow is and why.
Restorative Circles support positive school climates where students and staff feel safe to speak and support each other. A quick check point in the morning also gives teachers and students a moment to reflect on how they are feeling for the day.
WM Irvin also implements Restorative Circles with their staff ensuring that the entire school is receiving a Culture of Care.
