Mythology in Greece
Mythology was a very important part of the Greek's everyday lives. Mythology was all about gods. There were two groups of them, the old and mean Titans, and the new and great Olympians. The Titans go way back to when Mother Earth, Gia, was born. Gia married another god named Uranus and and had 7 kids. That family was part of the many Titans. Rhea and Kronos, two of the seven kids, went on too have 6 kids. Those 6 kids became the Olympians. One of those six kids, Poseiden, god of the ocean, made Aphrodite out of his head. All of those seven gods had more kids.
