The Stargazer are a family of fishes that have eyes on top of their head. The family has about 50 species. It is found worldwide in shallow and deep saltwater. They grow from 18 to 90 cm long. This fish bury itself in the sand with only their eyes sticking out. It's shape is very similar to a oyster toad, but its not. They have an electric organ behind the eyes and a large one will deliver a shock that will hurt you.
