The water cycle
Contaminants in the water cycle
Introduction
The water cycle or hydrologic cycle or the h2o cycle is the continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of the earth. The mass of water on earth remains fairly constant over time
Evaporation
Evaporation is the process in which liquid water becomes water vapor (gas). water vaporizes from surfaces of oceans and lakes, from the surface of the land, and from melts in snow fields.
Condensation
Condensation is the process in which water vapor (gas) in the air turns into liquid water. condensing water forms clouds in the sky. Water drops that form on the outside of a glass of icy water are condensed water.
