Springfest 2023 is almost here!
We are in need of volunteers for Springfest!!! We are open to parents, guardians, high school students, grandparents and more!
Please pick what you would like to volunteer for and sign up through the proper link(s). You may volunteer for more than one spot as long as it is at different times. Slots are only 1 hr and 30 minutes so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the event and volunteer. Without you we would not be able to throw this spectacular event!!! So thank you for volunteering your time.
We are also looking for donations of 2 liter pop and candy bars/large candy items. Please drop them off at either school's office to donate these items.

Staff experiences: Different from years past, our teacher experiences will now take place on the auction site. Each staff member has offered up a unique activity. Only parents/guardians of a Jerry Ross/Winfield student can bid on these. Students can be Principal for the day, help Ms. Yurko out with sports day, do an art project with Mrs. Popp, teach PE for the day with Mr. Hedl, paint the kindness rock with Ms. Williams, pie Ms. Olenik or Ms. Bartochowski in the face, play board games or have lunch/breakfast with their teacher, and so much more!
Items: We have a fantastic selection of class-themed baskets (Chicago Bears, Slime, Board games, Mario Bros.) as well as fantastic community contributions such as Cubs and Sox tickets, a Huffy bike, a 3-person swing, and a Blackstone griddle!
Sampling of some AWESOME auction baskets!
Next Week is Educator Appreciation Week
Lost and Found
The Winfield Elementary Lost and Found is once again overflowing with jackets, sweatshirts, and water bottles. Please have your student check for any missing items. You are welcome to call the office if you are looking for something in particular. Please ALWAYS LABEL EVERYTHING that your child can take off or set down. We check for names to return to students! All leftover items will be donated to May 26th.
