Bill Of Rights Scenario
Codec Xing, a man in the state of Connecticut, filed a lawsuit against Beng Con, a soldier from the U.S. military. Beng was drunk and lost. He was supposed to visit his family in the other neighborhood, but arrived into Codecs front lawn. Beng was planning to surprise his family in his army uniform and was excited to show them his military weapons. Codec stated that Beng banged and kicked down the door when Codec refused to open it and let him in. He grabbed the phone from Codec before Codec could call 911. He was frightened to death that 'a stranger (Beng) kicked down the door, and pointed a gun at him saying, " Dad, I'm back from the military and I'm gonna stay at home for a week. "'. The Case is closed and Beng was found guilty.
