Our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held "Virtually".
Your child already received their Parent-Teacher Conference information in their Agenda or by email if you are an Oilers Online student. Each child received a code specific to their child's classroom teacher for signing up for a time. One "Virtual" slot will be allotted for each child. Make an appointment using this link and your child's code: https://www.ptcfast.com/reg1
On Mon, Mar. 1st, your child's teacher will schedule your "Virtual" conference through a Google Meet Email/Invite. Look for that invite to be sent to your email. This will have your link for logging onto your child's conference.
*If requested, a phone conference can take the place of a "Virtual" conference. If you would like to schedule a virtual conference with a Specials teacher (Computers, Art, Music, PE) or Counselor, you can do so by emailing them to set up a Google Meet or call the building to talk to the teacher to set up an appointment.
Trimester 3 Oilers Online Materials Pick Up
Thurs. Mar. 4th~ 8:00am- 4:00 p.m.
Fri. Mar. 5th~ 9:00 am-4:00 p.m.
Returning to In Person Learning for Trimester 3
Please remember to return all Online Materials back to the school the week of Mar. 9th. It can be done over a few days. It is important that computers and their charging cord come back. If possible, use a sanitizing wipe and wipe down the outside of the chromebook and the keyboard. Do not use a wipe on the screen. We can clean that when they are returned.
If your child is returning Face to Face and will need to ride the bus upon their return to school, you will need to contact our bus garage to set that up. The phone number is: 775-2323.
Kids Heart Challenge
Fundraiser ends Mar. 5th!
School Store Fundraiser
Due to Covid, the entire work is done all online. No going out and selling and no writing of postcards and bringing them back to school.
Face to Face students can use their white envelope they receive on Monday that has 3 easy directions on it for participating.
Oiler online students can go to the website www.schoolstore.net and sign up. Use our School ID of 50671.
You will send inviting emails to family or friends to support our cause. Then, your child will receive a Prize Code. Bring your prize code to school and you will get your participating prize. If you are a virtual student, email your prize code to kbishop@mp.edzone.net and we can have your prize ready for you when you do your Materials Pick Up on Mar. 4th or 5th.
Thank you for supporting our school.
