My Future
Joie Little
My Brain Hemisphere
Right Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I am creative and organizer. Because I am a right brain thinker, I could use more logical and sequential.
My Personality Type
#1 Blue
I have a blue personaltiy type. That means that I am trustworthy, alot of people think of me as trustworthy, I am a caretaker people think that i care about everyone and i do. I am a nurturing person, I am a very emotional person. I am a team player I love to do things in teams and I work better in teams. People say I always think of others when I really do. They also say I am devoted to alot of things. Lastly I am very friendly to everyone.
#2 Orange
I am orange as much as I am blue. Orange is the side of me that I can be creative and fun and outgoing. I can be a very friendly person all the time. I am a risk taker all the time. I can be very adventurous at most times, when I'm not working on homework or playing games.
#3 Gold
Gold is the one where when I am in class I am working on work and only work. Some people like to not be in charge but, when it comes to work and school that's when I am in command mode. But, I know all of us do but, I have a great personality just the way I am.
#4 Green
I'm not that much of green because I like to stay in order and organized but, I do like some of my green things like I ask why, curious and intelluctual. Some people may be green but, this is who I am.
Decision Making
Behavioral Style
When making decisions I tend to make them deliberately and follow the behavioral style. People with that decisioin making style are sociable, friendly, and supportive. Others could see my decision making as wishy-washy, can't make hard decisions, and can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, and people oriented collegial settings.
