Background Information
Gulliver's Travels was published in 1726, by the well-known author, Jonathan Swift. It's genre falls into the category of fantasy and science fiction. This piece of literature is a world renowned classic. George Orwell once stated, "If I had to make a list of six books which were to be preserved when all others were destroyed, I would certainly put Gulliver's Travels among them."
First Meeting
When Gulliver woke up after his shipwreck on the island of Lilliput, he found himself tied down by the islands inhabitants.
Empire of Lilliput
Gulliver is welcomed to the kingdom of Lilliput in return for his friendship and help against the well-known enemy Emperor of Blefuscu.
Trouble with the Emperor
After getting to know Gulliver more, the Emperor of Lilliput grew annoyed with him. As a means to get ride of him, the Emperor accuses Gulliver of treason.
