Buffalo Express
January 30, 2020
This week was filled with preparation for celebrating and honoring Kansas Day both virtually and in person. Students researched, created artwork, and wrote about Kansas in fun and innovative ways that were exciting.
Staff have already started planning for Valentine's Day parties, and we will send out a follow up email about those celebrations on Tuesday morning. Please remember that as much as our students and staff love homemade snacks, this year we are only allowing pre-packaged and store bought treats per safety concerns regarding Covid.
Highlighted below is Chiefs spirit days, Quarterly Key Awards, and fun in music class.
Thanks for continuing to be Buffalo Strong,
Mrs. Bervert

About Me
As an elementary principal I enjoy working collaboratively with staff members to support student learning. I am passionate about continuing to learn professionally, and building relationships with staff and students at Berryton Elementary. When I'm not serving at Berryton Elementary I am usually with my husband and two sons. We can be found at sporting events, cheering on Kansas State University, or just enjoying a movie at home.
