2nd Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Court Case
EMERSON VS U.S. Right to bear arms. The amendment is often debated. Originally, it was intended to prevent the national government from repeating the actions of the British, who tried to take weapons away from the colonial militia. Amendment seems to support the right of citizens to won firearms.
