Should students who commit cyber-bullying be suspended from school?
I believe that students should be suspended if they committed "Cyber-Bullying", because Cyber-bullying is hurtful to people, and a word of advice, if your going to make fun of people do it to their face, not the internet.
What happens to a kid who is bullied?
Kids who are bullied experience negative Physical, School, Mental, Emotional health, substance use, and suicide. Kids who are bullied are likely to be diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety. They also might have feelings of sadness, loneliness, and lost of interest in the things the used to love to do. There are going to be big changes in their eating and sleeping pattern, grades, and behaviors. Those behaviors are running away from home, harming themselves/others, or talking about suicide.
What happens to a kid who bullies others?
Kids may bully others if they get into a physical or verbal fights, and have friends who bully others. Bullies can be increasingly aggressive, they can get sent to the principal's office or get detention frequently. Sometimes they can have extra money or new belongings, they blame others for their actions, are competitive and worry about their reputation and popularity.
Why don't kids ask for help?
Kids don't ask for help because bullying can make them feel helpless and hopeless, but they want to handle it on their own. Kids may fear backlash from the kid who bullied them, kids who are bullied may already feel socially isolated.
Cyber-Bullying!
According to the information I got, I think if a person commits Cyber-bullying they should be suspended, because either way you still get hurt be being a bully or a person being bullied.
