Reminders:
1. One of the "extra" things I would like to do for Lent is to let all of you know how thankful I am for all of you and what you do to support me and our students. Thursdays during Lent will be "Thankful Thursdays." Look for a little token of my appreciation in your mailbox:)
2. Grades 3-8 will have Reconciliation on Tuesday, Feb. 20 with grades 4 and 5 beginning at 10:15 a.m., grade 3 at 10:35 am. and grades 6-8 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Thank you to Jamie Kovarik, who organized and communicated the procedures for our Lenten Reconciliation. As always, be prepared for changes in times.3. Max Sherry has begun to "flip" his classroom and has a school Vimeo site that is available for everyone in our school to use. The email it was registered under is: msherry@st-hilary.org and the password is: sthilary2018. Feel free to start flipping with this site!
4. Next Friday, Feb. 23rd, we will be honoring all of our CYO coaches at Mass. Please encourage any coaches that you know to RSVP to Debbie and to attend this Mass. These angels volunteer a great deal of their time to help our students grow.
5. Rice Bowls will be given to all students this year. The speaker who was supposed to speak to us about the Rice Bowls this Friday is unable to come, so we are asking you just to send them home with everyone on Friday. St. Hilary School WILL NOT be accepting cash donations this year. All donations should be made by check, payable to St. Hilary Parish, with “CRS Rice Bowl” on the memo line.
6. Please come upstairs at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21st to say goodbye to Emily Gilbride. We will have breakfast for everyone to enjoy with her.
7. Our 4th and 5th grade teachers will have a morning inservice on Wednesday, Feb. 21st in the faculty lounge on Project-Based Learning. Anyone who has questions about how they can incorporate this teaching methodology into their classroom may come to ask any questions that they have to the presenters during that time.
Happy Birthday, Mary!
Happy Birthday, Jamie!
Happy Birthday, Alexia!
Please continue to pray for Bob Stamets, and the Bauman and Salmon families.
MAP Skill Sharing Ideas:

3. TpT has some GREAT resources! Don't forget that the P.A. gave you $100 to spend this semester. This would be an excellent way to spend your money!
4. Try increasing your students' reading fluency by using the 6-minute solution. See Darcy or Diane for information about how to implement this program into your classroom.
5. Here is the website for the padlet that we shared at our October inservice: https://padlet.com/davtowers1/9xneiis6iec2. There are over 50 resources for you here!
