What are human rights.?
Human rights are essential guarantees for us to live as human beings. Without them we can not grow or fully exercise our qualities, our intelligence, talent and spirituality. Also, human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, without distinction of nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or other status. We all have the same human rights without discrimination. From a more relational view, human rights are defined as conditions that create an integrated relationship between the individual and society, which allows individuals to be individuals, identifying themselves and others.
To serve human rights.?
types of human rights:
Civil and political rights:
These rights were in response to complaints unleashed in the late eighteenth century in the hands of Western revolutionary groups. Through them individual protection is sought against possible aggression from any of the public bodies. From civil and political rights will is imposed on the State should refrain from inferring in the enjoyment and exercise of these rights by individuals. The role of the state is then limited to ensuring compliance with them, through judicial mechanisms and law enforcement to protect them. While these DD.HH. can be claimed at any time or place, there are emergency situations where limitations on certain warranties arise.
Some of the rights of this type are: the right to life, liberty, legal security, to freedom of movement, choice of residence, nationality, not to be enslaved or tortured, free thought, to practice any religion, to express ideas , among others.
Economic, social and cultural rights:
These rights are intended to ensure access to education, work and culture and to ensure economic well-being, all this to ensure the development of individuals and peoples. The recognition of these rights was subsequent to the above and its raison d'etre is respect for the dignity of people, their freedom and also the effectiveness of democracy. All this is possible if the cultural, economic and social conditions that guarantee the development of those peoples and individuals are given.
Of course the realization of economic, social and cultural rights are determined by the conditions of each country, so that compliance varies between them. Some of them are: the right to social security, to the satisfaction of social, economic and cultural rights, to work under equitable and satisfactory conditions also. In addition, the right to food, health, housing, clothing, social services, primary and secondary education, among others.
Rights of peoples:
Human rights
The simple condition of belonging to the human race gives us a series of rights and freedoms that must be cared for and respected by everyone, all over the world alike. These are human rights, including the right to life, liberty, security of person, or protection against discrimination, among others. It is understood that human rights have a number of characteristics which are intrinsic and provide security to every human being anywhere in the world to be respected in same conditions. Thus, the rights mentioned in addition to being timeless and personal (ie, not due and apply to each) are indivisible (can not exist without complying the other) and non-transferable (can not be given, we are born with them therefore precede us). This gives them a condition of imprescriptibility makes no government, human or institution can not doubt them or meet them without knowing who is committing a crime being.
All humans in the world deserve the same rights and define our ways of living between us allow ourselves and our personal fulfillment. today we have laws that contain our rights and duties.
