Barnes and Noble has everything - books! stationery! calendars! yoga mats! Nooks! Legos! Educational games! Storybook character stuffed animals!
The event is ALL DAY, but there are extra things going on from 5-8pm - legos, favorite stories read by teachers...
There is also an online component. Go to www.barnesandnoble.com and enter our voucher code when you check out. The number is 11232105.
It doesn't matter what time you go to the bookstore, but please be sure you mention our school at the checkout.

Get your holiday shopping done early.
Barnes & Noble really does have everything you'd need for holiday gifts. Make your list beforehand and get that shopping done - leaving more time to enjoy the holiday season with friends and family!
I have lots of book suggestions so be sure to ask. In the meantime, here are some sure winners:
For adults:
The Pioneer Woman Cooks: A Year of Holidays (a great cookbook)
Humans of New York (photography)
For teens:
Allegiant (third in the Divergent series)
The Book Thief (coming out as a movie...I might have recommended this last year, too!)
Scorpio Races
For 3rd-6th graders:
anything by Jacqueline Davies, especially the Lemonade books
Diary of a Wimpy Kid Hard Luck
House of Hades
For the littles:
Anything Pete the Cat
Fly Guy
I'm a Frog, the next in the Elephant and Piggie series...
In January, Loren Long will be the premiere author at the One Book Two Book Festival. He writes the Otis books. There is one called An Otis Christmas if you're child is a fan!
Stop by on your lunch break or come listen to teachers read their favorite books at night.
Please mention Coralville Central when you check out!
