Connecting the Domains

Comic Kids Yoga provides free yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation videos for kids. Through interactive adventures that build strength, balance, and confidence - kids will learn mindfulness skills early.

The first video is a 9:23 minute winter-themed guided relaxation lead by Jaime. Not only does she guide meditation but also visualization of building a snowman, something all Michigan students can connect to. This video could be a great tool to center students as they enter the learning space, either remotely or in person.

The second video is a fast-paced super yoga video lead by Jaime. It is a great resource to help students get some energy out while following directions.
