Meet our Health Room Staff
Hello Wolf Pack Families,
We are so excited to see you all as we return to school!
If your scholars have any health concerns and will be needing an inhaler, epi-pen, ADHD meds, any as-needed prescription medication, or over the counter medications while at school we ask that you please complete the medication order form(s) and have their doctor sign the necessary form/s and return them to the health room for.
If your student has seen the doctor within the last year and you would like for us to fax the necessary documents to their medical provider we would be happy to facilitate this.
To do this, please fill out, sign and, email, or deliver a HIPPA authorization for exchange of medical information form with the medical providers name, phone number, and fax number; as well as a filled out and signed medication order form. The fax number is 253-945-5050.
If you have any updates, regarding your scholar’s health that need to be updated in their care plan, you may do so by accessing “Parent View” through the Federal Way Public Schools website.
Thank you so much for your time and cooperation!

COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDANCE FOR SCHOOLS
This summer, Washington State Department of Health (DOH) released updated health and safety guidance that schools are required to follow as we return to school this fall. These measures are intended to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and support the health and safety of our school communities:
- Students and staff who show symptoms of COVID-19 are required to stay home and should get tested for COVID-19.
- Students and staff who test positive for COVID-19 are required to isolate at home for 5 days. If their symptoms improve and they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications, students and staff can come back to school and are encouraged to test before returning.
- It is recommended, but not required, that students and staff returning to school after their 5 days of isolation: wear a well-fitted mask from days 6 to 10, and remain masked for sports and other extracurricular activities on days 6 to 10.
- Students and staff who test positive after 5 days of isolation must stay at home for the full 10-day isolation period.
These requirements are in place for all public and private K-12 schools and childcare facilities in Washington state, and we are required by state law to follow these guidelines.
