In 9th grad,e Jenna DeRoller- Jenna has been a big support for a new student who recently arrived at Thomas. Jenna has help her in geometry to understand concepts and be a friend to her. Thank you Jenna for your help.

Attention Thomas Staff and Students:
Club photos for yearbook will take place Thursday and Friday before break, December 20th and 21st. Please refer to the photo schedules hanging around the building or check with your advisor for your time slot. Photos will take place in the auditorium as always. Please be prompt. Thank you teachers for allowing students to break away to have their photos taken; we appreciate your cooperation.

Nominate a Titan for the Oak Tree!
Co-Sponsored by the Webster Teachers' Association (WTA) and the Webster Central PTSA, the Oak Tree Award recognition program is an annual award that is designed to recognize teacher excellence in Webster Central Schools.
Any Webster resident or district employee, current or former student, parent, teacher, or administrative colleague may nominate a teacher for the Elementary or Secondary Teacher of the Year Oak Tree Award.
Award nominees must meet the following criteria:
* Currently teaching in a full-time position in Webster Central Schools
* Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in Webster Central Schools
* Plan to continue to teach the next school year in, or retire from Webster Central Schools
* Be a member of both the Webster Central PTSA and the Webster Teachers' Association
Teacher nominees who meet these criteria will receive an Oak Tree Award Application and directions for completing the application process.

From the World of Titan Sports...
Bowling
On Monday The bowling teams had matches against West Irondequoit. The Girl's team won all three games and the match. Their current record, points 25-0 matches 5-0. The Boy's team lost all three games and the match. Their current record is 2-3. On Wednesday December 12th the bowlers took on the Rangers from Spencerport. The Girls won 2 games, lost 1, won the match. They are 6-0 on the season. The Boys won 1 game and lost the match. They are now 2-4 on the season.
With one third of the season complete the Thomas girl's team is off to a very good start having won all six of their matches, only having lost one game for a points record of 29-1.
There has been strong bowling from Caitlyn Anschutz and Sabrina Menough new to the team this year. Returning team members are Cassidy Potter, Cassidy Anschutz, Mikah McDonnell and Alyssa Dudkiewicz.The boy's team is in a rebuilding year, having lost three of their starting bowlers to graduation. The boys have won two of their 6 matches with a points record of new bowlers for the boy's team Johnny Quinn, Alex Hussar, Evan Schrieber and Brady Zenns. Returning to the boy's team are Daniel Goel, Jack Fulton and Dale Gardner.
Boys Basketball
The boys beat Churchville-Chili 71-68 last Friday night 12/7. Andrew Mason and led the way with 28 points, Garrett Reeves had 17, Dannie Palmer had 13 and Steve Katz had 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists Wednesday the boys lost to a tough Hilton team 64-57.
Girls Basketball
The Girls took on Churchville last Friday 12/7. They won by a score 47-32. Taylor Lockwood led all scorers with 14 and Mary Marrappse pitched in 9 points in the win . The girls lost to a tough Hilton team Tuesday night 44-24. Thursday night the girls traveled to Spencerport and picked up another win 57-29. Audrey Mack Had 9 points and 14 rebounds, Olivia Scott had 10 points and 7 rebounds while Taylor Lockwood led all scorers with 11 points.
Wrestling
The Wrestling team competed in the Penfield tournament last Saturday and ended up winning the team competition. Anthony Occa, Sean Howlett won their weight classes While Cole Nadritch , Alex Bowersox and CJ Lee came in second in their weight classes. The Titan Wrestlers took on Greece Wednesday in a dual match. 51-19- Pins were recorded by Max Allen, Tyler Langley, and Chris Pannell. The wrestlers will take part in the Monroe County Tournament Friday and Saturday held at Webster Schroeder
Hockey
The boys took on Gates Chili Saturday 12/8. They defeated the Spartans by a score of 4-1. Goals were scored by … Cullen Hennessy , Kevin Gabalski, Devin Mulcahy with 2. On Tuesday 12/11 the team traveled to Canandaigua to take on the Braves. The Boys beat the Braves by a score of 4-0. Goals were scored by Zach Wolfe, Spencer Nuccitelli,Reid Curry, and Cullen Hennessy Connelly Springer recorded his second shutout of the season.
