Safety Updates
GoGuardian Parent
Troy parents have access to GoGuardian Parent, a mobile app to help keep parents/guardians aware of your children's activity on school-issued devices and provide you with additional controls during out-of-school hours. GoGuardian Parent is a companion to the classroom management and internet filtering tools that we use for devices issued to students. Through the use of this app, we hope to encourage more open and honest conversations between parents and children that will result in safer practices and responsible internet browsing habits.

Tornado Watch or Warning Reminders
With spring finally here, let's take the time to review and clarify the difference between a Tornado Watch and a Tornado Warning. A Watch will be issued when severe thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible around the watch area. A Warning will be issued when a tornado is imminent or has been spotted. When a warning is issued, seek shelter immediately.
