CEA'S ACTION AGENDA
In November and December CEA building leaders conducted 10-minute meetings to solicit feedback from staff on the 13 key elements of the recommended actions. That information will serve as the foundation for the next meeting of the Joint Meet and Confer Teams. MCT brings together the Superintendent, and members of his staff, with the CEA President and other CEA member leaders. The purpose of MCT is to generate solutions to problems and concerns facing employees. This system does not replace the employee's right to grieve when they believe a policy, procedure, rule, or regulation has been violated or misapplied. Your CEA building leaders will share more on the MCT process with you at their January meetings.
