GROWTH

I don't know about you guys, but for me, December brings about a sense of panic as well as a sense of pride. I panic at all I still want to get done before the the clock strikes midnight on the 31st, but at the same time, as I reflect on the past 12 months, I am pretty amazed at all I've accomplished.


Wherever you are in this business, whether it be one month in or two years in, give yourself a round of applause. Celebrate all you've accomplished in 2015! Then, once that thunderous applause dies down to a golf clap, take stock of where you are and where you want to be in 2016.


Write. It. Down.


As you each reflect on your year and your R+F business, what are you most proud of? Did you add several new PCs? Did you begin building your team? Did you stay connected through calls and trainings? Were you excited and vocal about sharing your skincare tips and knowledge with friends? And on the other side of that coin, what are you panicked about? What kicks up a sense of fear or anxiety? Does the thought of picking up the phone still paralyze you? Do you feel like you still don't know enough about the products or the business to confidently tell others?


I am constantly inspired by and learning from those around me in this business. They are striving to make this work smarter, NOT harder. So if you're feeling stuck, or if something just isn't working, check in with your direct for support. Listen to a few calls hosted by your leaders. Connect with a buddy and work together! Watch. Listen. Learn.


Most of us have stopped growing because we stopped doing the basics of the business.


Remember, there is success all around us and there is plenty of it to go 'round.

SHOUTOUTS

As a team, we added 5 new C's and a plethora of new PC's (until they create a one-click button, counting this up every month is waaaaaay too time consuming). Congratulations to everyone and Welcome to Team Ariza, newbies! Our Org Volume was $25,013 which was up 4.2% from last month.

INCENTIVES

I want this to be our BEST MONTH YET. So, to put extra jingle in your stocking, the Team ARIZA December Incentive will be in two parts:


Part One: (December 1 - 15)

We all start at 0 on the first of the month, so whomever hits 600 between the 1st & 15th gets a $25 Target gift card. I will be checking daily!


Part Two: (all month long)

1 point for hitting EC

2 points for every new PC

3 points for every new C

4 points for every new Promotion* (*not including EC)


Most points at the end of the month will get this JBL speaker in whatever color they choose!

A WORD OF ADVICE

Get visually inspired!


Create a vision board. It's fun and it works! Visualization is a great tool, but it doesn't come easy to all of us. Vision boards provide you with physical images and pictures you can focus on to make your dreams a reality. Think outside your limitations. Go ahead and cut out that picture that says "Retire Young". Yes, add a white Lexus to the board! Write down the things you DO want and use a vision board as incentive. You could also create one on Pinterest (if you promise to check it all the time).


The Qualifications Calendar for 2015-2016 can be a powerful place to start. Print this out and let's ALL aim for the RF Center for Leadership trip in San Francisco next Spring!

Friendly Reminders

Bring Mini-Facials and business cards with you EVERYWHERE.

It will undoubtably be that moment that you've left them at home when you need them most, so don't leave home without them. This is your business, and these are your calling cards. Just remember to get their contact info too.
