AEB was the Group IV Class Champion Runner-Up in prelims and earned a 10th place overall finish with a second performance in finals!

  • 11:05am - All band students attend A lunch
  • 11:45pm - All students meet in band hall
  • 12:15pm - Rehearsal
  • 1:15pm - Change and inspection
  • 2:00pm - Load busses
  • 2:30pm - Depart Akins
  • 4:45pm - Performance
  • 5:30pm - Results announced
  • 6:15pm - Estimated return to Akins

Wednesday, Oct. 25th, 5:45-6:30pm

Blue & Gold Night is from 5:00pm to 8:00pm


Students should wear their AEB Polo for the performance.

Students will not have access to the band hall after 6:30pm. Please make other arrangements if you are planning on staying for the remainder of Blue & Gold Night.

All AEB members are asked to help with this event. There will be a car wash, concessions, games, etc. that we need to work!

Earn Money for Your Band Fees, Trip Payments, and Lessons

Did you know that you can work shifts at the UT Erwin Center to earn money for your fees, trip payments, and lessons? Each shift pays $35 to $75 per person depending on the event and business.


There are always shifts available and we are already needing people to work!
