All students will take pictures to Tuesday.

Lost and Found

No one has come to pick up items from Lost and Found this week. So I will share this again.

Lost and found is OUT OF CONTROL! We no longer have the space to house all of the hats, coats, jackets, water bottles, and lunchboxes. Please come by and re-claim your items.

We will keep the current items for the rest of this quarter.

All items will be donated on October 21.

If you would like to volunteer click here to share your interest. Our Parent Liaison, Mrs. Ortiz will reach out to you to schedule the day.

Attendance Matters

Here is the data for attendance this year. Parents we need your help to improve attendance. If your student has missed more than 5 days of school so far we have to improve. We have been in school less than 40 days.

Let's shoot for less than 10 absences for the entire year.

ES Student Announcement

In order to keep everyone safe at school, please do not bring any candy, cookies, cupcakes or food to school to share with your friends or class for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas or other winter holidays unless your teacher or Principal gives your parent or guardian permission.

Please keep yourself safe at school by never eating something given to you by another student or by eating anything that is not in a sealed store bought wrapper. There can be things in candy and food that we do not know where it came from that can hurt us. Any food or candy brought to school from home will be taken by your teacher as again, we need to keep everyone safe here at school.

Our instructional day will begin at 7:10 am with our intervention block called GROWTH HOUR. Students arriving to school by 7:10 am will participate in remediation, interventions, or enrichment depending on their needs. This is a perfect time to provide students with additional support. Let's do our best to have students at school on time each day to participate. Students are late after 7:40 am. Students can arrive as early at 7:00 am. School ends at 2:20 pm. All students must be picked up by 2:40 pm.

We will continue our commitment and partnership with the local PTA. Our goal is to increase PTA membership and participation. We hope that more families will continue participating in PTA through membership and involvement in our school community. PTA dues are $10 please plan to join at Open House.

Please consider completing the volunteer orientation to become a school volunteer. www.fultonschools.org/volunteer

We also welcome your support of our School Governance Council. This group meets each month and helps support the mission and vision of the school.

We will have quarterly, Principal Chats this year. However, my door is always open, and I welcome your input. Please feel free to stop in or call to discuss any concerns, suggestions, or ideas to help our school continue to make great strides!

"Here Comes the Bus" is a free, easy-to-use website and app that enables you to see the location of your child’s school bus on a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer. This way, you know when the bus is near your stop, so you can send your child out at just the right time. No more worrying about whether your child has missed the bus!
