Sacramento PRAYS
Uniting people to pray in the Greater Sacramento Region.
Prayer Changes Everything
As darkness seems to be so prevalent in our world, we are seeing God do so many amazing things as His body is stepping into the authority and responsibility we have been given. The prayers of His saints are the incense that has been breaking through to Heaven.
Thousands gathered at the State Capitol to pray for our nation and state recently. Destiny church built a 100,000 square foot community center in our region to provide the next generation with a place to be loved, mentored and supported. Churches are joining together to serve in the community and schools through Season of Service. Pastors from churches throughout the region meet quarterly, break bread, and pray together. Schools are allowing church members to volunteer in programs and after school to love and encourage our youth. Churches and police departments are working together in our region to positively change how we walk out our daily mission and responsibility to one another. God’s people are being called in a greater way to personal and corporate prayer. Prayer walks are happening around schools and throughout neighborhoods. There is a spark taking place in our youth to step into their rightful place in Gods kingdom. Walls are being broken down between churches, races, generations, sexes and social status. Fruit of the Spirit is becoming more visible in the body as hearts are changed. This last weekend, tens of thousands gathered on Saturday for Azusa Now at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum praying, worshiping, seeking revival and celebrating the 110th anniversary of the Azusa Street Revival.
Prayer moves the hand of God! This is our time to step up our prayer and see the fulfillment of all that God intends to do! Won't you join us as we pray, serve and fulfill the great commission? We are targeting a time for you and a group from your church to learn about praying on-site for the school closest to your church campus or the school your church is already serving. You can see the information below about a conference call and video chat to prepare. Let’s pray and see the level of God’s evident presence continue to rise!
May you be overwhelmed with His Presence and Glory!

Seek God for your School!
At recent pastors meetings, there has been a clear expression of a dissatisfaction with the prayer life of the church. God is awakening his people to pray! In the coming weeks, you will be hearing about a challenge to prayer walk around your local school, praying for the salvation and life from Jesus to come upon teachers, students and administration.
We will be publishing a document and guide to help you get a few friends or a group from your church to take this step on Saturday, April 23! Stay tuned. Let’s Seek God for our Schools!
