I have had many years of experience in the field of customer service. The first job I had where I could apply my customer service skills was working for an online makeup company. Being one of the first employees, I quickly had to learn high level attention to detail, working independently and how to be committed and passionate about the job while providing the highest level of customer service. The job required a lot of hard work and positive energy to keep up with the growth of the business.
I currently work as a marketing executive for a diamond photography company. I am in touch with our customers via phone and email to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. My job requires communicating knowledge of our product and how it works, handling multiple clients simultaneously, account management and developing customer relations. I go above and beyond for our customers, have a positive kind attitude as well as dedication.
I have acquired many skills over the years and have found the work enjoyable and fulfilling.
