Employee of the Month
Meet Rachel!
Rachel has been working at The Arc for a little over one year. She started in THe Arc's childcare program and also worked at The Hero House. She is now The Hero House Coordinator. Rachel also works in The Hero House's after school program, The Bridge. Rachel is a very dedicated employee and is always willing to do whatever is asked of her. She goes above and beyond each day to make sure that our members are taken care of. She is very gentle and compassionate with each and every member. She loves them and they love her and it shows every day. Rachel has really stepped up and stepped in to fill a void in staff at The Hero House. We are very pleased to award her the employee of the month!
The Arc of Wichita County is dedicated to serving our community, but we wouldn't be successful without incredible employees like Rachel.
