Carbs are the main source of energy. Carbs are needed for physical activity, brain functioning, and operation of the organs.

What are the major sources?

The major sources of carbs are sun's energy, plants, and photosynthesis.

What will happen if your body gets to much or not enough carbs?

If you have too much it can lead to poor nutrition. If you don't eat enough it will lead to tooth decay and weight gain.

You need to eat between 45 to 65 percent of carbs a day.
