Too Good For Drugs program
We will soon be conducting a drug prevention curriculum to our 7th & 8th grade students.
Through the efforts of the Rotary Club of Mountaintop, funds were raised to help cover some of the costs of this program. The remaining funds are being provided by the Luzerne/Wyoming County Drug and Alcohol Department.
Pathway To Recovery Counseling and Education Services of Hazleton (formerly Serento Gardens) will be presenting the Too Good for Drugs curriculum.

Grief Education Support Group
Crestwood Secondary Campus will be hosting a Grief Education Series to any student that has experienced the loss of a loved one.
Staff from Hospice of the Sacred Heart will partner with Crestwood Secondary Campus to offer this free 5-session Grief Education Series. The goal of the series is to help students identify and develop healthy coping skills to deal with the thoughts and feelings related to their loss. This is not a counseling group but rather one to help learn how to move forward.
The group is completely voluntary and will run on Tuesdays, starting January 29, during Comet Time.
Want to join? Print the permission form below and bring to school Tuesday.
Questions? See your counselor or Mrs. Foster for details.
