We are aware that Disney Cruise Line is experiencing technical challenges with their systems. Members will not be able to book, modify or cancel cruises at this time. This has been reported; there is no ETA as to when this will be resolved.

What does this mean to me?

  • Please apologize for the inconvenience
  • Do not call Disney Cruise Line as they are also experiencing challenges
  • Advise the Member to call back later

Consider using the following spiels when speaking with Members:

  • Setting an Expectation: β€œAt this time, we are asking that Members give us a call back later.”
  • Empathize: β€œI completely understand the nature of your request. Unfortunately, due to the system outage we are currently experiencing, I am unable to retrieve that information at this time.”
