My Learning Journey
BTT10 First Term
e-Better World-Toxins
We were asked to research the path of technology, I choose to so I then narrowed my search to technology labour and found out that one of the spokesman for Wintek, a Chinese company in the city of Suzhou, said that almost all" of the affected workers were back at work, but that some remained in hospital. Wintek said n-hexane (a harsh chemical) was commonly used in the technology industry, and that problems came because some areas of the factory were not ventilated properly. We as Christians know that this is wrong, but not just wrong it’s unjust. But sadly enough people are encouraging it, parents need money so they sell their children, children get kidnapped and forced to work.
Rule of Thirds
To follow the rule of thirds you need to put important objects are on the intersections of the lines.
Horizon or other lines, like a wall, can occupy a half or two thirds of the frame.
Never center the most important object in your frame.

e-Better World-Child Labour
This is also in the category of extraction, for the research into technology's path. I looked up technology child labour and found out that child labour is in high end companies like Samsung, and Apple. Samsung or its suppliers seemed to know that Chinese underage teens were using forged identity cards to get jobs. Hiring children under the age of 16 is illegal in China. According to China Labour Watch's report, overtime for some employees reached or went over 100 hours per month, with some employees having only one day off a month. The group's report said that "the factory did not take any actions to prevent the hiring of child workers even when they know about them."
Samsung also did not to provide a way for workers to lodge complaints.
We as Christians know that this is wrong, but not just wrong it’s unjust. But sadly enough people are encouraging it, parents need money so they sell their children, children get kidnapped and forced to work.
