Better way to save
Jeramey, Mark
The difference between Savings and Investing
- Savings- Portion of current income not spent on consumption
- Investing- Purchase of assets with the goal of increasing future income
the difference between assets and liquidity
- Assets- everything you own that has a dollar value
- liquidity- how quickly and easily that an asset can be cash
why do we have to use these terms ?
savings can help you when you get in a wreck or another emergency. Investing can help you for a long time goal like a new house or a car. Assets is something that you can give a quick buck for like a garage sale. liquidity is the prices of your assets.
