How to Lose All Your Friends
When I introduce this book to the students, they are stunned by the title because no one wants to lose all their friends. This is a cute book which initiates a self-reflection and helps us to create an opposite list--How to Make Friends.
The list the book provides is following.
- Never Smile
- Never Share
- Be a Bully
- Be a Poor Sport
- Tattle
- Whine
Check out our list :)

I've Been SPOTted Wall
Students have been filling each other's bucket by recognizing wonderful behaviors of others. The wall is slowly but surely being filled with positive comments and those comments have been read over the intercom in the morning!
Bring Your Own Glasses
Students who need their glasses to help them learn are encouraged to wear their glasses every day by recognizing the benefits of wearing the glasses.
Do you have your glasses today?
Growth Mindset Continues
4th and 5th grade students are continuing their effort to challenge their brain each and every day instead of repeating easy tasks and setting an easy goal. Ask your child about growth mindset. They are becoming an expert!
