Relating to the Crucible

The 9/11 relates to the Crucible because the 9/11 strikes fear into people because of Al-Qaeda. The strikes fear because of the false accusations of witchcraft resulting to people dying. Fear in The Crucible made others put the blame on innocent people of Salem as we see in the Crucible: " "I saw Goody Hawkins with the Devil... I saw Goody Booth with the Devil" (Miller pg. 1048). This quote is showing how in the Crucible, the accusations if witchcraft started to occur. The sum of that, strikes fear into people which also happens in 9/11.

After the 9/11

The future of after 9/11 is good and bad. It is good of course because the 9/11 attack helped improve better security in airports. Also technology overall has improved because of of the attack. It is bad because people in the United States has lost trust on Muslims. That is where racism jumps in.
