Walkthroughs

Shayna, Robin, and Laura will begin official walkthroughs this week. When a walkthrough is completed, we will share feedback through a google doc like the one below. The purpose of the the document is to collect all walkthrough feedback in one place. It will also provide space for your personal reflection and development. The goal of the process is in connection with T-TESS and is a learning, coaching, and growth opportunity.

We are looking forward to being in your classrooms more to learn and grow together!

The Giving Tree

Robin started the Giving Tree last year in February as a way for our students to reflect and express what they love about our school. We would like to do it again this year. In the next couple of days you will receive either pink or red hearts in your mailbox. They say: HES has given me… Brainstorm with your students and have each of them write what Heritage has given them on a heart. Have students cut their heart out and send your completed hearts to the office. We will hang them on our Heritage Giving Tree.

Instead of group PLC meetings these next two weeks with third and fourth grade,

we will be holding individual Data Talks with each third and fourth grade teacher.
