CALENDAR THIS WEEK
- As we prepare for students returning to hybrid instruction, we have made some adjustments to the upcoming calendar. April 12th and 13th will be asynchronous days. No new content will be delivered, but students may receive assignments or assessments and all teachers will host 30 minutes of “Office Hours” where students can check in and get questions answered.
All assignments for Quarter 3, including missing or late assignments, are due by Wednesday, April 14th, and these days will be an opportunity for students to complete their work. - Wednesday, April 14th, will be a regular Advisory day (10:00-10:30 LIVE)
- NO SCHOOL on Thursday or Friday (April 15th and 16th) so that teachers can prepare their rooms and curriculum for the return to hybrid.
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS ~ Special Orientation Schedule April 19-23
Monday, April 19th - ONLY 9th and 10th grade students in Cohort A (A-L) come in to the school. All other students log in from home.
Tuesday, April 20th - All students in Cohort A (A-L) are in school. Cohort B and CDL students log in from home.
Wednesday, April 21st - NO School/No Advisory - Teacher Workday
Thursday, April 22nd - ONLY 9th and 10th grade students in Cohort B (M-Z) come in to the school. All other students log in from home.
Friday, April 23rd - All students in Cohort B (M-Z) are in school. Cohort A and CDL students log in from home.
ORIENTATION SCHEDULE (ALL WEEK):
9:45-10:00 - Student who are coming to campus arrive
10:00-10:55 - Orientation (in-person students only)
10:55-11:50 -1st Period (All students either in person or online)
12:05-1:40 - 2nd Period (including lunch)
1:55-2:50 - 3rd Period
3:05-4:00 - 4th Period
4:00-4:15 - Onsite students released in waves from

Cohort A ~ Students with the last name beginning with A-L
Cohort B ~ Students with the last name beginning with M-Z
All classes are 65 minutes long; 1st period has an additional 15 minutes for Advisory activities. There is a 15 minute transition between classes
BUS ROUTES POSTED FOR HYBRID
Also, your student's specific bus number is on ParentVUE and StudentVUE. Check under the "Student Info" tab and and then, "Additional Information." Scroll to Transportation and the number is there.
Buses will drop off at 9:45am and pick students back up at 4:15 pm
STUDENT PARKING DURING SCHOOL DAY
Parking is available to you in the west parking lot by the football field and on 92th.
No student entry permitted prior to 9:45 a.m.
PARENT PICKUP AND DROP OFF
Parent Drop Off and Pick Up Before and After school- Enter through the front "Visitor Parking Lot." Student will not be allowed in the building before 9:45 a.m.
Student Pick up during the school day
If you need to pick up a student please call 503-431-5400 or 503-431-5431 and allow for at least 15 min to call your student from class and send them out to you. Parents are not allowed in the building.
LOCKERS
Hallway lockers will not be assigned this spring; if you have a need for a PE locker, please talk to your teacher or coach.
SENIORS
~ Cap & Gown orders are in! Drive thru pick up time 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM next Wed April 14th in the west parking lot next to the football field. You will also be able to pick up a Class of 2021 yard/window sign and class sweatshirt if you did not already do so at the previous pick up dates. See you next week!!
~ Local Scholarships are posted and ready for you to apply. Check out the close to 30 scholarships posted. Many have deadlines of April 30th and May 1st. Log into your Naviance account and apply today!

Tigard National Honor Society Application due Friday, April 16th by midnight!
Tigard National Honor Society is now accepting new member applications for the 2021-2022 school year.
NHS is committed to community service and reaching out to those in need. Throughout the year, NHS has a large variety of events for students to participate in that benefits our school as well as the people in our area.
If you are a sophomore or junior with an unweighted GPA of 3.65 or higher we invite you to apply and join us in serving others. Applications are due Friday, April 16th by midnight and notification of acceptance will be emailed out in mid May.
