Objective
The objective of the Conecuh County Teacher-Staff Incentive Plan is to recognize the exemplary commitment of our employees as we continually strive for student success.

To improve the retention, recruitment, and morale of current and future Conecuh County employees.

Fourth Quarter's Documentation is Due No Later Than May 17, 2017
Documentation should be collected for any activities between the dates of March 9 and May 17, 2017.
Option 1: Creating a Goolge Drive Folder
To create a Google Drive Folder to house your information, follow the steps below:
1. Open the original document
2. Click "File"
3. Click "Make a Copy"
4. Rename the document [Use Your First and Last Name + the name of the original file]
Example: John Quincy's Forms for Turn-Around Training
5. Edit the document
6. Create a Google Drive Folder [Name it using your First and Last Name + Incentive Pro.]
*Should you choose this option, please share the folder with your principal and Mrs. Maegan Ford (maegan.grace@conecuhk12.com) no later than May 17, 2017.
Option 2: Printing Hard Copies
To print hard-copies of the documents, follow the steps below:
1. Click the "printer" icon located in the top left hand corner of the screen
2. Create a 0.5" or 1" binder to house all of your information
3. Add three tabs or dividers
Tab 1: Communication with Parents-- Professionalism
Tab 2: Extending Professional Duties-- Professionalism
Tab 3: Data Meetings-- Professionalism
*The completed binder should be submitted to your principal no later than May 17, 2017. Principals will have 3 days to review your information. After that time, your binder will be submitted to Mrs. Maegan Ford and Dr. Zickeyous Byrd for review.
Both Options require the Teacher or Staff Member to submit a copy of the Cover Letter (located in the approved forms). It is the employee's responsibility to CLEARLY indicate, on the cover letter, the number of points that he or she feels have been earned.

According to Standard 2, “falsifying, misrepresenting, omitting, or erroneously submitting information is unethical.” Alleged incidents of unethical conduct will be reported to both the superintendent and the board of education; disciplinary action may ensue as these parties will conduct further investigations.
