Kick off 2020 in America’s Hometown with a unity celebration of MLK’s vision for America
Join us for a hot breakfast buffet, music, and speaking program keynoted by Reverend Jeffrey Brown from the historic 12th Baptist Church in Roxbury, where MLK first started his pastoral career.
Music provided by:

- Mercy Chapel Praise Team
All are invited to attend the 11am service of celebration at Bethel AME Church in downtown Plymouth (6 Sever Street) following the event.
Sponsored by Plymouth’s No Place for Hate Committee (NPFH) and Plymouth Area Interfaith Clergy Alliance (PAICA). A sanctioned Plymouth 400 calendar event.

Science, Technology & Engineering
Biomedical Applications Now Available
The program connects students to courses and experiences that promote career exploration and readiness. Biomedical Science Staff work collaboratively to create an instructional program that is rooted in project based learning and that which fosters partnerships with professionals that expand on the opportunities for Plymouth students.
In order to be considered for acceptance into this program, interested students must complete an online application (bit.ly/biomedapp). Applications are due on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. Register Today for Camp Invention
Our 2020 program, Elevate, sparks excitement and inspiration as children engage in hands-on challenges, discover world-changing inventors, and build their confidence as creators and innovators. Program elements include the Flight Lab, Design Thinking Project, Rescue Squad, and Camp Invention Champions.
This year's program is at PCIS from July 6-10, 2020, and runs daily from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. We anticipate that this program will sell out, so register your child today! Openings are available for students entering grades K-6. Also, additional opportunities are available for students entering grades 7-9. NMES students are also participating in the Voyages partnership with Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Students are able to follow the M.M.A. Cadets’ semester at sea. Follow The Voyage – Share The Experience curriculum is linked to the Common Core Mathematics Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards.
