Benefits of Eating Pineapple:
Bromelain is an enzyme found in the juice and stem of pineapples. It has been used medically since ancient times to help reduce risks of inflammation, lessen hay fever symptoms, slow blood clotting, and it also enhances the absorbation of antibiotics.
Some nutrients found in pineapple are: Bromelain, Vitamin C, and pineapple also contains antioxidants that decrease inflammation, asthma, heart disease, arthritis, and certain cancers.

Pineapple Breeze Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2/3 light coconut milk
- Crushed ice, to taste
Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
