- Financial Report. This report includes updates on tax collection, investments, expenditures, amendments, purchases over $50,000, donations, enrollment, child nutrition services, and a bond status report.

- Review recommended updates for COA (Local) and CO (Local) - policies related to food services

- The Board approved the Resolution to pay hourly employees for the 2-hour weather delay on October 28, 2022
- The Board approved the music supplies, instruments, and repair services pool
- The Board approved the conduit installation pool
- The Board approved the furniture vendor pool
- The Board approved the resolution establishing fund balance policy
- The Board accepted resignations and approved new personnel as presented
