The Leopard Call

Ladd Newsletter: November, 2019

November is Native Heritage Month

Our district's Alaska Native Education department has compiled many resources to support teachers and families as they navigate through holidays and cultural standards. As Thanksgiving approaches, you may find these cultural resources worth checking out. Our district also sponsors a Native Heritage Celebration. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Parking Procedures

With the snow on the ground, it is even more important that we are following our safety procedures in the stop, drop, and go. We have staff out there directing traffic and crossing children at the crosswalk. Please follow their guidance. Here's a map to help.

Nurse's Note

You have likely been receiving emails regarding Caredox. This is an electronic medical record for your child. Here is a Caredox tutorial for how to access and update your child's account.

This brief document is intended to help create head lice awareness. There are helpful hints included.
