Early Bird Kindergarten Morning Routine Change
Early bird and later gator groups will both line up outside of the classroom instead of outside.
We are making these changes for two reasons:
1. Parents will have a chance to talk to each other and build community.
2. The rainy season is upon us. If it rains the week of Dec. 2, please start this new routine right away. Teachers will be communicating this new procedure.
Rainy Day Procedures
Before school: 7:45-8:15am - Students and families inside the cafeteria where it is warm and dry.
Recess and lunch breaks: Students go to the cafeteria. Grades k-2 are dismissed to class for free time after eating. Grades 3-5 stay in MUB, maker space or library.
After school: Students walk to designated program or meeting place with family.
