Principal's Message

Good Afternoon Doby's Bridge Families,

We made it! What an incredible year that we've had together. Thank you to all of our families who have supported us as we continued to learn during a pandemic. I truly believe that we would not have been successful if it wasn't for the support from our community. I wish each of you a safe and happy summer! We look forward to seeing our Dragons back in August!

In this week's newsletter you'll find information regarding:

  • DBES Classes of the Week
  • Summer Enrichment for all students

As always, please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of any assistance to you and your family.

Doby's Bridge Classes of the Week

We are excited to recognize a class in K-2 and a class in 3-5 each week. These classes are chosen for their outstanding demonstration of the Dragon Expectations (Friendly, Including Others, Respectful, Engaging Minds).

Congratulations to Ms. Keller's First Grade Class and Ms. Warren's Fourth Grade Class for being this week's classes of the week!

Return to School Plan for the 21-22 School Year

The district will continue to follow the guidance from DHEC and the CDC in regards to our return to school plan for the upcoming school year. The district will be sending a return to school plan at the end of June; however, with the fluidity of circumstances during these times, the plan could change throughout the summer. Please continue to check our school district website throughout the summer for the most up to date information.
