LDSP 330 Cross Culture Leadership Seminar in Ecuador
October 10th is the deadline for submitting your application for the LDSP 330 Cross Culture Leadership Service seminar in Ecuador. This course will provide you with first-hand encounters and service opportunities that will allow you to work side-by-side with Ecuadorians. One of the trip highlights will be working in Village 235 - an indigenous village that illustrates the both the richness and poverty of Ecuadorian life. You will also work with the children of Quito, explore and shop in Cotacachi and Otavalo, visit the "Middle of the World" and the beautiful Cloud Forest, and still have time for rest and relaxation in beautiful Baños. Throughout all of these adventures, you will get to spend time with Ecuadorians representing a diversity of cultural, racial, socioeconomic and spiritual backgrounds.
- Dates - 5/28-6/11/2014
- Cost - $2500 plus tuition
- LDSP 330 counts as a leadership elective
- Service hours count toward the Service Distinction Program

We have begun adding Passport Destinations to the PLP Passport Calendar so be sure to take a look at some of the early offerings! There is a running list on Scholar on the "Development" page and events can also be found on the PresLead calendar (designated as "Passport Destination"). Destinations are added throughout the semester so be sure to check back often to find events that are of interest to YOU!

Passport Agents are PLP’s forefront student programmers. From speakers and workshops, to activities and performances, engaged and developmentally-focused students have the opportunity to intentionally enhance other students’ personal and leadership development through the Passport Program. Passport Agents are committed to developing meaningful programing and fostering a reflective community within PLP.
