Who has control over anti-discrimination laws?

This issue is under the Title VII in the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This issue is controlled by many acts and distributed through many companies such as the Federal Equal Pay Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Define how this power has been asserted

Different acts assert this issue because of race, religion, color and national origin.
