Roll With It
It is not lost on any of us that this is a frustrating situation made worse by the fact that it is completely beyond anyone's control. No one is yelling louder than me for some sense of normalcy or some semblance of a reliable plan. I am reminded by colleagues daily that it is futile to yell at a mountain and expect it to move. Instead, I am learning (slowly) to accept what is and try to make peace with what I cannot control. It's easier said than done, but all we can do is try to roll with it.
