Step 1: Install Cisco Webex Meetings App
STAFF: Please search Cisco Webex Meetings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
STUDENTS: Please install Cisco Webex Meetings from Self Service App.

Step 2: Open App and Accept Terms
A pop-up will ask you to accept Terms of Services.
Please Tap I Accept.
Step 3: Join Meeting
Tap on Join Meeting.
Step 4: Add Meeting Information
- Add Meeting Number or URL
- Add Name
- Add Email
Tap Join
Step 5: Allow Access and Join
You will see prompts to allow access to microphone and camera. Tap Ok.
You will also see a blue box on how to connect audio. Tap Next.
Tap Green Join Button.
Step 6: Activate Video and Sound
Both Video and Sound are defaulted off.
- Please tap OK on the blue box.
- Tap the RED microphone and video camera to turn them ON.
Step 7: Congratulations, you should be connected to your Webex Meeting.
Please make sure you can hear and see the person who started the meeting.
How to Join a Cisco Webex Meeting - Browser
Navigate to https://www.webex.com/login/attend-a-meeting
- Enter the meeting, session, or event number into the Meeting Number field.
- Enter your name, email address and the meeting password. The Password field may not be present if the meeting doesn't require a password.
- Click the Join button to join into the meeting.
You don't need to install anything using the web app, it launches in your web browser.
The web app opens in your browser and you can join the meeting.
