As the school year continues, we know you all are part of a marathon by taking care of countless responsibilities day in and day out. Please be sure you are taking care of yourselves. What was the most recent way you took care of yourself? How long ago was that? If you can, we encourage you to schedule some self-care in the next week or two. We prioritize others so often, however we cannot pour from an empty cup. As a reminder the Headspace app is FREE to educators. Find a form of self-care that works for you! You are all doing a fantastic job, and please remember we are here as a resource to you.
Until next time,
Moriah, Tracy, and Lisa
